AGM/SGM Meetings

Further meetings may be arranged throughout the season and details distributed to clubs accordingly.

AGM

The AGM shall be held not later than 30th July in each year and at least 2/3 members are present and entitled to vote. Date/time/location of meeting will be circulated with papers for each meeting.

It does not have to be the Club Secretary who attends the league meeting, 

SGM

The league committee may call a SGM at any time and clubs will be given 7 days notice of this meeting. Each club can send two (2) delegates to a SGM.

Any club not represented at the AGM or SGM shall be fined in accordance with the Fines Tariff.
